Here are the abandoned tracks as they head south from Bridge Street in Gilbertville (Hardwick), Massachusetts.North of Bridge Street, a couple of rail segments poke through the earth.

Through the trees, you can just make out the elevated track as it comes to an end some fifty feet above the ground. The rail ends a couple hundred feet south of Bridge Street in Hardwick (Gilbertville), Massachusetts.This picture was taken from the Ware, Massachusetts bank of the Ware River; the elevated track is on the Hardwick (Gilbertville) bank.
