Here is a plain-language description of Spotstory's Terms of Use. If you want a lawyerese version you'll just have to wait until we get a lawyer.

If you can't agree with these terms please don't use the site. Here's the drill:

• External links. Spotstory contains links to other websites. Those sites are not under our control and we aren't responsible for what is on those websites.
• Don't do anything illegal. Please don't use the site for anything illegal, don't hack the site, perform a DoS attack, hassle or harass other users, and etc. Be good, okay?
• Behave yourself in public areas. Spotstory is all about sharing and learning in a positive, fun, and collaborative environment. Please keep your communication in message boards, spots, titles, captions, and descriptions civil and appropriate. Thanks.
• We don't own your content, but you agree to let us use it. Please look at the IP Policy for details.
